Sweet Life Canna Co. hires across cultivation, processing, and operational support functions. Positions may include, but are not limited to:

All positions require adherence to Mississippi medical cannabis regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Training & Compliance Commitment

Every employee at Sweet Life is required to participate in initial onboarding training and ongoing SOP-based education. This ensures consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all departments.

Training includes:

  • Initial onboarding prior to independent work

  • Ongoing SOP refresher training

  • Compliance documentation and acknowledgment

  • Role-specific competency verification

Failure to follow approved SOPs may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.

  • Valid Mississippi Cannabis Worker Permit/Card (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Completion of required onboarding training before independent work

  • Participation in ongoing SOP training and refresher courses

  • Strict adherence to current approved SOP versions

  • Signed training acknowledgments and competency verification

Deviation from SOPs may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
