All positions require adherence to Mississippi medical cannabis regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Training & Compliance Commitment
Every employee at Sweet Life is required to participate in initial onboarding training and ongoing SOP-based education. This ensures consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all departments.
Training includes:
Initial onboarding prior to independent work
Ongoing SOP refresher training
Compliance documentation and acknowledgment
Role-specific competency verification
Failure to follow approved SOPs may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.

Valid Mississippi Cannabis Worker Permit/Card (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Completion of required onboarding training before independent work
Participation in ongoing SOP training and refresher courses
Strict adherence to current approved SOP versions
Signed training acknowledgments and competency verification
Deviation from SOPs may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
